The data we use

Your account uses your verified email and the name you choose to provide. Products, amounts, delivery details and order status are stored to process purchases. If you contact support, the conversation is kept so we can help you.

When you sign in with an email used for a previous purchase, its orders and enquiries are added to your account. You can still check out as a guest.

Sign-in and session

You receive a single-use code that expires in five minutes. A sign-in cookie maintains your session, and you can sign out from My account. Technical data is also used to limit sign-in attempts and protect accounts.

Offers and communications

Sign-in, order and support notifications are part of the service you request. Email notifications about new cards are optional: you can opt in when signing in or in your details; the box is initially unticked. We store your choice, the date and the text you accepted. You can unsubscribe in your details or using the link in each notification without signing in. Offers available in your account are shown even if you do not enable these emails.

Shipping announcement

If you request this notification, we store your email, language, request date and confirmation to let you know when shipping opens. It does not create an account or subscribe you to card news. You can unsubscribe using the email link without signing in.

Services involved

The shop uses Fly.io and Cloudflare for its infrastructure, Cloudflare for data storage, Stripe to process payments and Resend to send emails. Card details are entered on Stripe's payment page. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and verified email to access your account.

Optional statistics

With your permission, we use Cloudflare to measure page views, product interest, cart actions, language, device type, general traffic source and approximate country. We do not send your email, name, order ID, payment details or full page addresses to these statistics. We do not link this browsing activity to your account.

Measurement is off until you allow it. You can reject it or withdraw permission in the footer of any page without affecting your purchases. We respect your browser's privacy signals. We keep your choice for 180 days and, only with permission, a random identifier in your tab that renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. Detailed events are retained for three months and daily summaries for 730 days.

Statistics reflect only measured browsing activity; orders are recorded separately to manage purchases. Cloudflare provides infrastructure and measurement services on behalf of the shop.

Accessing or changing your data

You can change your name and preferences in My account. To access, correct or request deletion of other data, email support.saraoukhatou@gmail.com. Your request will be reviewed taking account of the data needed to fulfil orders and any applicable obligations.
