Changed your mind?

You can return any token within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason, provided it is unused and in the condition you received it. Email me at support.saraoukhatou@gmail.com with your order number and I will give you the return address; you pay the return postage. I will refund your payment (including the original shipping if you return the whole order) using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving the token or proof that you sent it back. This does not apply to custom commissions or tokens with a dedication or name: they are made for you and cannot be resold.

What you are buying

Third-party accessories illustrated by me, compatible with Riftbound and not affiliated with Riot Games. They are not official cards and do not replace official materials where a tournament requires them. Printed colours may differ slightly from your screen; this is not a defect.

Arrived damaged or misprinted

Send me a photo as soon as it arrives and I will send you a replacement at no cost. If I need the damaged item back, I will pay the return postage. You have a 3-year statutory warranty for lack of conformity; wear from use is not covered.

Event pickup

If you cannot attend the meeting, contact us from your account to discuss your order. Purchases are for in-person collection; we do not currently offer shipping.

Cancel

If you need to cancel before collection, contact us from your account. If you have already received your order, please see our change-of-mind returns policy.

I reply within 2 business days. You can also use the contact form. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
