How pickup works
- Order before the deadline. In your basket, choose “Pick up at an event” and the event you are attending. There is no shipping charge.
- Check the pickup updates. After payment you will receive the Discord link, where we will announce attendance days, collection times and meeting points. If you do not use Discord, you can arrange collection by email.
- Show your pickup receipt. You can find it in your account and save a screenshot. If someone else is collecting, tell us their name before the meeting.
If you cannot attend the meeting, contact us from your account to discuss your order. Purchases are for in-person collection; we do not currently offer shipping. The featured event is chosen using your approximate country (only the country, provided by Cloudflare; we do not store or combine it with other data) or the country you select in the basket. All events in one calendar: todos.ics.
